Can be improve if the host made sure their appliances are working properly like no local channel, iron has water spilling all over the clothes, the induction cooker is not really for cooking meat not even fish are allowed to be cooked and for building wise they said if tenants cook meat or they said heavy cooking which is not explained really of the catergory (not us cooking that time tho we cooked pasta for 3hrs coz the heat is just low) the building alarm is beeping and is annoying made us anxious on what is happening outside everytime it triggered. Also the sink and the toilet bowl are really for kid so it was a kid friendly bathroom small size. There's free coffe which is mediocre, free dishwashing which is so not enough so we did use the ariel powder in the toilet to DIY a dishwashing soap.Not really satisfied compared to what we booked tho in a different city. I just want to be honest. Overall needs improvement.

Very noisy from damaged tin roof. Didn't get any sleep at all.

Excellent location, facilities and apartment. Close to SM Mall. Pool is available for a separate charge, the building charges it, not the apartment owners. Communication with owners pleasant and they are very helpful. Would go again.
