"הדירה חדשה ועם הרבה פוטנציאל אבל לא נעשתה מחשבה עד הסוף כדי להפוך אותה לטובה מספיק."

הדירה יחסית חדשה, יש חניה צמודה ורשומה. הסופר שנמצא ליד המתחם מאוד שימושי. נוף מדהים מהדירה.

הדירה אינה מתוחזקת כראוי, לדוגמא המקלחות משפריצות מים החוצה ומרטיבות את כל חדר הרחצה. המטבח אינו מאובזר דיו, היו חסרים דברים בסיסיים על מנת שנוכל לבשל ארוחת ערב, לדוגמא - כמות סירים, משטח להניח סיר חם, מגבות מטבח, למדיח היו אמנם טבליות אבל לא היה בו מלח. אין אפשרות לנעול את חדרי האמבטיה והשירותים. בעל הדירה אמנם ניסה לעזור אבל לא תמיד הבין למה התכוונו ובאיזשהו שלב כבר השלמנו עם מה שיש. החימום לא נשלט על ידי האורח, ישנו איפשהו תרמוסטט שנדלק על פי מעלות, וגם אם עדיין קר לך, אז זה מה יש...לדירה יש המון פוטנציאל אבל אין תשומת לב לפרטים הקטנים שיעשו לאורח שהייה טובה, ניראה שניסו למקסם החזר השקעה ולחסוך איפה שניתן.

I appreciated how quickly the workers responded to the broken kettle issue. We received a new one the same day. The apartment had plenty of dishes, and it was very convenient that they provided dishwasher and washing machine detergent.

The first bedroom has a great, large closet, which was very convenient for the couple who shared it. However, the second room only has a dresser, so it wasn't very comfortable to live in, as most of our things were stored in suitcases.
