The location is perfect, just one hundred meters from the lake, with a private beach and a very clean district. It's also very close to a public beach. The accommodation is completely new and very convenient inside. It is on the ground floor and has a private small garden. Parking is possible very close to the entrance. As a bonus, I found that it was possible to make coffee inside, with coffee capsules provided. The location is very good, with two public streets nearby that have many restaurants and bars with quite good prices. This place is also very safe. Additionally, late checkout was offered for free. Overall, this is a very good choice, and I can highly recommend it.
