Location and design of the property were great!

all glasses were dirty and it only had 2 small bottles of water.

The location is good but the parking was full. We should find another parking - quite close. So if you are coming by car it is not the most convenient place for your stay - too crowdy. The apartment was clean but pretty small and not convenient for 2 people with a pet. In case you are there just for being in the center it is OK.

We liked the location. The apartment was in a building that was still undergoing renovation. The apartment was clean. A student living on an upper floor saved us with help to call the agents to get the lock-box combination. We were very grateful for her help and welcome to the building, the city and the country. In the beginning of our stay the agent was forthcoming with bulbs for the floor lamp and battery for the clock. There was a promise of technicians to figure out the wi-fi. The Halu staff said they were doing their best...we saw no evidence of the technician's work. The bed was very comfortable, as were the linens. We appreciated the extra pail liners and toilet paper for our two week stay. The back window faced out on a courtyard - the back of several buildings - in one of which there was a performing arts studio. The music was not bad...

If we had received instructions regarding the lock-box for the keys by email the morning of our arrival, our entry to the flat would have gone well. As it was, we arrived on the day of a strike - the airport kiosks were closed, so our purchase of sim cards were delayed. There was no wi-fi at the airport, and we arrived at the flat with no instructions on how to enter. In our flat, facing the street - We were welcomed by a dead rose in a glass on the table and by some very noisy road work. That was finished by the third day of our stay. That same day we noticed scaffolding going up on the face of the building. The rest of our two week stay, the view out of the front windows was a netting that covered the scaffolding. There were some construction noises going on, mostly drilling, with workmen on the scaffolding. In any case we were out most of the time. It was easy for us to locate our building - the only one on the street with the front covered in green. The new apartment was VERY new: the hook for the shower was not yet installed, so we had a hand-held shower experience for the duration of our stay. There is a design fault with the dish rack - no drain...we asked about what to do? We understood that using it was expected - so we did...There will soon be damage to the plaster board cabinet... the wi-fi was sporadic at best. We hooked up a hot-spot for the small amount of conferencing we needed to do while away. There were no instructions for how to use some of the very new - and for us, new-fangled appliances. The exhaust fan above the stove is a wonder, the washer is a washer/dryer - who would have thought? -

good flat. everything you need is inside. after the first night, we were contacted by the hosts and asked what we were missing. the frying pan was missing. delivered on the same day. we lived for a week. during this period there was one cleaning with a change of towels. The accommodation is located close to the bus stop. it is also convenient to go to the sea. there is a washing machine, hair dryer, iron refrigerator, oven, stove, kettle and capsule coffee machine

at night they take out the garbage, it is right under the window. it's very loud. You can't leave the window open and go for a walk.
