Free Parking. The unit was spacious it has 3 bedrooms, living room and dining. Although the CR door was not closing due to damage hinge the heater provides more comfort.

We had a bit of confusion about the number of guests because the owner insists that only 2 adults were booked and we needed to pay 400 per additional pax but i explained to him that when i made the booking i made it sure that it's 2 adults and 3 kids and after confirmation only 2 adults appeared on the booking. I even send him screenshots of other bookings indicating 2 adults and 3 kids. I manage to book again on their unit but with different date and i confirmed that the platform had some problem coz i searched for 2 adults and 3 kids and after confirmation only 2 adults were shown. Please rectify this to avoid confusions.

1. Only accommodate 1 car, we have 2 cars, I think they should limit their pax unless their clients have a van. 2. The TV is not working in room 202.

It’s highly recommended we stayed for 2 nights and the place was big. The room is clean and the room was big also. Price is reasonable also.

The place was great with jeepneys right Infront of the gate to downtown, they have sari sari store downstairs, and staff were amazing and approachable it was spacious with 3 bedrooms enough for family of 10

It was on the 3rd floor and use the stairs, otherwise it’s all worth it,

What I like most about this place is its perfect location, comfortable atmosphere, impressive cleanliness, and excellent value for money. We also appreciated the fast and reliable WiFi, which allowed us to work remotely with ease. And lastly, the owner and caretaker were genuinely kind and very approachable.

I didn’t really have any complaints, but adding a stove, either gas or induction, would be a big help for guests who stay longer, like we did. We had to buy butane for cooking, which turned out to be more expensive.

I'm so happy with our stay here. The caretaker and owner are so nice, we booked for 12 nights, we arrived at 7AM we asked if we can check in early and they said yes we can, we thought we're gonna pay for early check in but we didn't. We just had to wait a bit for them to ready the whole unit coz we didn't exactly tell them what time we're arriving but they're so nice about it. The unit is spacious and it accomodated us so well. It is secure to coz it has CCTVs and gate that closes at 10PM (they give keys for the gate) so we slept so well all throughout our stay knowing that we're safe. After a week of our stay, they give new set of beddings and rugs to change to. The location is very accessible also, you can ride taxi or jeepney going to the plaza, it's walkable also if you'd like. Overall, I highly recommend this transient. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ (5 stars)
