La amabilidad del personal. Tuvimos un par de incidencias que se solucionaron rápidamente tras contactar con el responsable.

La situación está lejos del centro y de la estación central de la Spezia de donde salen los trenes para Cinque Terra.

The bedroom, kitchen and living room were great! Very spacious and comfortable.

The bathroom was a bit small and the sink doesn’t drain plus the shower leaks due to the door style. Our apartment also short circuited during our stay and the owners had a video already made on how to turn the electricity back on - makes me think it happens often.

The apartment was perfect. There was every comfort and facility you would require. Fredrik was extremely helpful. There was a COOP supermarket very close by.

The only possible downside, and that is no reflection on the owners, was that although it was in a pleasant suburb, it was a little way from the centre of La Spezia. Consequently, one needed to get a taxi into the centre.

It was very easy to enter in the apartment. Very clean and beautiful everything. One of the best apartaments i have been to.

Doesn’t have an iron

The property was clean and spacious the owner was communicative. Supermarket close by.

We were happy with the property - as long as you are prepared to taxi 5 min or walk 35 min from the central station.
