This is the English comment you've been looking for: The price point is on point. The location is convenient. The room has decent space. What you see is what you get. But the service is exceptional. The front desk is more than helpful. What I appreciated the most was when he saw me feeling down. He called me up and gave a local Vietnamese fruit to cheer me up. It was really heartwarming. My initial stay was supposed to be 2 days but I ended up booking for a month. This property is the best for a budget business stay.

Receptionist is friendly, ready to help you. The location is convenient to go to anywhere in Hai Phong.

The room is a little bit small. It's okay if you only sleep. If you want to stay and buy food and play, i recommend you choose home stay
