- Nhân viên hỗ trợ nhiệt tình, mình có book phòng 3 người mà do phòng có vấn đề nên KS hỗ trợ đổi qua phòng 4 người cho mình và không thu phí gì thêm. - Có hỗ trợ cho để đồ ở sảnh dù bên mình đã trả phòng từ sáng.

- Thẻ từ vào phòng quét không được, mình phải nhờ bạn nhân viên lên quét, cả 2 phòng mình book đều bị. Và bị mấy lần luôn, mỗi lần vào phòng phải nhờ nhân viên lên quét. - Nhà vệ sinh nước bị đọng, nước không xuống, nước như muốn tràn ra ngoài phòng. - Tầm 11h đêm cái tivi tự nhiên nó bật lên dù không ai bấm. - Vệ sinh hành lang không ai dọn, hôm trước mình có để rác ở ngoài, hôm sau vẫn thấy rác nó đầy luôn.
