Phòng không đúng như đã đặt ban đầu trên app, cần cửa sổ để thoáng khí nhưng khi đến checkin chỉ còn phòng không cửa sổ, dù đã được khách sạn hỗ trợ giảm giá. Không khí trong phòng có mùi khá ẩm mốc nên gây cảm giác ngột ngạt.
