Casa vacanze “Genna ‘e su Monte”

Abbiamo trascorso dei giorni meravigliosi in questa casa vacanze. L’alloggio è spazioso, pulitissimo e molto accogliente, ideale sia per famiglie che per coppie. Si trova in una zona tranquilla ma vicinissima al centro, quindi perfetta per muoversi a piedi e scoprire il paese. Abbiamo prenotato solo pochi giorni prima e siamo rimasti piacevolmente sorpresi dall’organizzazione e dall’accoglienza ricevuta. Ci siamo sentiti subito a casa: tutto era in ordine e curato, e si percepisce l’attenzione del proprietario verso gli ospiti. Matteo è stato gentilissimo, sempre disponibile per ogni necessità e pronto a dare ottimi consigli su cosa vedere nei dintorni. Tra i punti di forza ci sono sicuramente il parcheggio privato, comodissimo in un paese come Baunei dove non è semplice trovare un parcheggio per strada, e il locale docce davvero pratico al rientro dal mare. Un soggiorno che ricorderemo con piacere e che consigliamo a chi cerca comfort, ospitalità e la bellezza autentica di Baunei. Torneremo sicuramente!

Ottimo appartamento su due piani, pulizia impeccabile, cucina ben attrezzata, 2 bagni comodi. Vicino c'è un posto auto privato.

Very comfortable and spacious. The space was also very clean and in a great location.

2 large bedrooms, private parking next door, clean, good size kitchen and TV room, helpful owner. Excellent showers, but in the separate laundry - the one in the inside bathroom is helpful, but quite tight.

Everything was very fine. Lovely, cozy city and house.

Great apartment, well equipped, even with salt, pepper and oil. Comfortable beds, great location for hiking. Self check in and check out. Very clean. Would highly recommend.

You have to boil water in microwave for tea (no kettle or small pot). Free parking, a minute walk away. Would recommend a small car because of the narrow streets.

We have visited Sardinia and La Maddalena several times and I have to say that this apartment was a little disappointing for us. The beds have sprung mattresses and they creak terribly with every movement, and our backs were stiff every morning. There are only two large cooking pots in the kitchen, and if you decide to cook a slightly larger dinner, you have a problem. And besides, it is the only room in which you can find food, but due to the heat that occurs there after cooking, you will lose your taste. The biggest disappointment was basically the balcony, which is too small for anything, but even so, I would have liked a small table there on which I could put a coffee cup, a glass of water or prosecco, a phone, an ashtray, etc. In addition, under the balcony and windows you have quite a busy, kind of little kindergarten that doesn't end until after 9:00 p.m. I understand that there are families living around us, but even though I love children, it bothered me because I was looking for relaxation and peace. It is only fair that future visitors should know this and be aware of this fact. And as a final fact, you can only switch on two appliances at the same time, so as not to trip the electrical fuses. So you constantly have to calculate what is more important to you. Dishwasher, washing machine, Air conditioning on the 1st floor and two Air conditioning on the 2nd floor...
