The warmth, the cleanliness, the shower, the location

Wifi didn’t work very well. We had to wash the dishes after every meal as there was no extra cutlery/plates/cups etc

"Excellent stay at Maple House"

Maple House had excellent facilities and cleanliness, well laid out and equipped kitchen with all appliances. Comfortable Lounge and dinning room combined. Beds and bed linen where very good quality and we had very good nights sleep. Very convenient shower and bathroom facilities downstairs as well as upstairs. Location was good for us as close to our family and convenient for the shops/exeter town centre. We had a lovely stay and will definitely return.

Well maintained, lovely clean property as per the pictures in quiet residential area

Had an 81 year old in party and no handrail for the final 3 steps up to the upstairs bathroom
