Fantastic apartment, perfect location, extremely clean, hosts were fantastic , the best place we have stayed so far! Have already booked to come back for a proper holiday !

Perfect location and a clean and modern apartment - spacious for four people - good size bed and sofa bed. Lovely kitchen and dining room area.

Some noise from upstairs but it didn’t spoil our stay.

The place was lovely .well kept

The only small problem was Internet and tv not very good.Poor connection.

Clean and tidy, nice big flat, excellent location to the centre of Bournemouth

Shower was quite weak, key collection box isn't marked and wasn't on the entry details, had to contact host which took a little while

It’s in a central location and close to the town centre. It’s quite spacious and adequately equipped with what you will require for your stay

There is nothing to complain about but suggestions for improvements. It’s a basement flat and this was not mentioned in the description . I would not have booked it if I knew because of issue with internet in basement flat as I needed the internet to work remotely . So the less than perfect wifi affected my remote connection to work There is no change of beddings . We stayed for nearly two weeks and it’s not pleasant to sleep on the same sheet for more than 5/7 days . My daughter slept on sofa in the living room throughout and there were no beddings for that as well . There is no brush and dust pan or vacuum cleaner to clean the floor . Again , it’s not pleasant to stay somewhere for more than a day or so without the ability to clean around you . A small bin is needed in the bedroom . Perhaps a medium size pot as well . A second bath mat is required , again for people staying more than a few days . The back door in the communal area leading to the streets outside was left opened when we arrived . This left me feeling somewhat unsafe for the first few days but I relaxed later as it did not happen again throughout our stay . All these are not criticism but suggestions for improving the quest experience

House is big,nice and clean, location is huge plus and the staff was responsive as well

Wifi is awful

Really clean and easy to walk everywhere

Just be prepared to pay for parking - central car park is close and 6 pounds per day.
