The location

The non existent water pressure I couldn’t rinse the shampoo out of my hair You can’t flush the toilet while someone is in the shower There is no bench space in the bathroom Felt filthy

"Excellent Relaxation Location"

Opposite the beach which was just as required. Very well appointed with everything required with anything missing quickly replaced by Rima. A great location for getting around the area such as Cape Reinga and the historic gum fields also surfing locally No problems.

Local dining options a bit limited but plenty available in nearby Kaitaia.

So close to the beach, clean and well equipped property. Very spacious and the little deck area out the front is great.

Quite hot at night would be nice to have some fans for the summer :)
