The host was super lovely and upon arrival our kids even had a bit of a soccer game in the yard with hers. The apartment is clean and modern and the host was very accommodating (for example in granting a slightly later checkout on our last day). Would definitely recommend and come here again.

Can't really think of anything. There was a minor power issue on one of our nights where the power was out for a few minutes. To be really nitpicky, the kitchen was stocked with coffee and snacks which were great, but some milk would have been a nice addition as well.

I am travel by motorcycle and it was a rainy afternoon. I arrived a little bit early and the owner came within 5 minutes to let me in and helped me get settled. He assisted me with the washing machine which I didnt know how to use, Because it was raining, he suggested to use the coin dryer a few km away in town. He graciously offered to drive me. While we waited, we had a delightful conversation and exchanged information on our cultures. I live in Japan. He introduced me to a restaurant in town which I had a wonderful meal later on. The following morning the sky was not looking too great and he said not to worry if I needed to stay past check out time. Motorcycling in the rain isnt fun. The whole experience was like staying at a friend's friends home.

The apartment is super spacious, perfectly equipped with everything you can imagine. The host, lives in the same building and is also very proud of it and an extremely nice guy

Nothing. There's a funny thing with lights...they are switched on and off from outside the room. Never seen that, other than for bathrooms

They are really special people! I didn’t feel as a guest, but more as part of their family. Really amazing. I recommend them with all my heart

The owner was very pleasant and helpful, he gave us a bottle of milk too and it was great. The facilities were great and comfortable. The location was great too as we could go to Lake Como easily.

One of the rooms had no air-conditioning so it was hot during the summer night but the owner was super helpful in maintaining the air-conditioning temperature for us.

To say we were lucky to find this wonderful place is an understatement. This place is outstanding for two reasons: the apartment itself and also the exceptional care and attention shown to us by the owners. So, the apartment itself: it is in an easily accessible and quiet location with a car park; it is modern, spacious and clean and there are cute little special touches such as the toys in the bedroom and the extra blankets. Yet, it was the kindness shown to us upon our arrival that really sets this place apart. During our journey a lorry had slightly collided with us. Unbeknownst to us, we had driven to the apartment with plastic wedged in between a wheel trim and the tyre. As soon as we told the hotel owners, they jumped into action! Without hesitation, and in the pouring rain, they checked the tyre, deflated the tyre, removed the plastic pieces then inflated it once again. The next morning they came back to check the tyre was safe. All the while they chatted to us with a smile. It is safe to say that these people were like guardian angels on our journey. As we departed, they handed us yogurts and a delicious chunk of Parmesan - more examples of their genuine warmth and friendliness. We are beyond grateful for their time, help, kindness and excellent hospitality.
