Firm bed and pillows.

Air conditioning not working at the optimum level. There are numerous 3 gang extension sockets prepared but all also left one working. Beds are low, not suitable for elderly.

"I like the unit, layout but unfortunately could not sleep a wink at night. Day time no construction noise."

The construction noise - drilling and banging all night. But I guess it’s beyond what the owner can do as it’s from another unit above, beyond their control
