Caravan Condition and Maintenance Issues: * Door and Entry: The caravan door requires force to open, which over what must be years has caused damage to the door frame and thus rust. The exterior steps are incorrectly positioned, resulting in the door hitting the gate when opened. * Insulation and Heating: The caravan is single-glazed, leading to a cold interior during the night. * Plumbing and Sanitation: The toilet was found to be leaking significantly upon flushing, causing the bathroom floor to flood. The smell indicated this was a pre-existing issue. * Cleanliness: Upon arrival, the caravan's doors and windows were covered in marks, and there were cobwebs on the living area windows. There is also no sweeping brush for the floor, and the duvet on stripping the bed had several stains, including blood. Owner's Response when notified of the leaking toilet, the owner's response was, "Do you want me to get someone to sort it?" This passive response was unhelpful, especially given the immediate issue of the room flooding upon each flush. Overall Summary While we understand that the caravan is not new, the current state of disrepair goes beyond "old but clean." Issues such as the broken door, leaking toilet, and questionable cleanliness are significant and negatively impacted our stay. The caravan requires a complete overhaul to ensure it is a safe and pleasant place for future guests.

Perfect location on site, very comfortable

Lose of tv signal when cars go past, had trouble with the door, everything else was perfect.

It's was ideal for a short stay as it was great location and very comfortable I would highly recommend

The caravan was OK, until the next morning when I wanted a shower. All the mains back filled, I was unable to contact the owner due to a late day on arrival as I was at a funeral, straight after collection of the keys,
