Super nice family running the place.

Didn’t change out towels and linen

Kind of seems half way through improvements. Ok for a night, not the cleanest but have been at worse. Beds were new. Quiet.

Not clean and expect disrepair in your room.

The person that checked me in was very nice and accommodating. The bathroom floor was filthy, it obviously hadn’t been swept or mopped there was hair on the floor and several large dirty footprints.

Nothing

They couldn't find my reservation.

Nothing!!

Where do I start? Had to ask for soap-got two tiny bars, found the smoke alarm in a drawer, only two towels & they were paper thin, sheets so thin you could almost see thru, view from room window-an old mattress lying on the ground, remote would not turn the TV on, chair at the desk was filthy, tub was discussing, hot water was sketchy. This was a last resort as due to a wrestling tournament in Fargo rooms were extremely hard to find & the asking price directly from the hotel was $299, we booked thru booking.com for half that-both were a rip off!!
