Nice accommodation with everything we needed

We had an amazing stay! The apartment was spotless, beautifully maintained, and offered a stunning view. The location was perfect—convenient and close to everything we needed. The kitchen and bathroom were fully equipped with everything you could possibly need—and more! We especially appreciated the thoughtful touches, like the complimentary bottle of wine, water, and sweets. The host was incredibly welcoming and communicative, making the whole experience even more enjoyable. We highly recommend this place and would definitely return!

Location and apartment are just perfect!

Olga was the perfect host. She met us and allowed us into the property as soon as it had been cleaned, and also generously provided us with water, wine and sweet treats. The apartment is an ideal base for walkers to access the Teno mountains and to explore the lovely coastal towns and villages. Good facilities in San Marcos, restaurants, supermarket, pharmacy and lifeguard on the beach. The apartment was very clean and everything you might need was provided.

Pretty good and quiet location, not full of tourists.

The biggest drawback were the cockroaches in the apartment. I've seen 4, killed 2. At first we were blamed we brought them with us from the South or that they climbed through the open window, but later this was corrected that it was a broader issues with neighbouring apartments as well. The mattresses are pretty old and worn out so we had a lot of back pain. I am overall glad that the host was willing to partially refund us and work with us to solve this issue in a way. I believe that maybe the apartment was free of cockroaches before and this might have been a bad luck, nonetheless it was really disgusting to see them climbing on the kitchen counter, fridge and bathroom. If Booking would refund us fully we'd go somewhere else, but the Booking.com support was extremely slow to respond. This is our 3rd time in Canary Islands and we never had issues with cockroaches before.

People from a neighboring balcony were smoking cigarettes so we felt the smoke most of the time but it is not the host's fault.

This apartment has a beautiful view of the ocean. It has been nicely renovated and decorated. It feels comfortable and clean.

We were waiting for someone to let us in for over two hours. It was a long travel day and all I wanted to do was get into the room and relax and have a glass of wine so I could look at the ocean. I guess they did not receive our Booking information so my multiple messages, emails and phone calls finally got their attention. We also did not have any toilet paper.
