Good location

The property is not fit for purpose listed as a family apartment however I would not take children it is dangerous! The door locks to both balconies are broken so a child could easily open them and climb over the railings! Listed as self catering but has no working fridge. Numerous calls and texts made but no resolution!! Listed as luxury but you can’t really use the showers. Hoses don’t reach the hangers! The staff and support team are unable to help with problems they have known about for a long time! Maria and Thiago and all the staff will brush you off with excuses, we wasted two days of a four day holiday waiting for people to fix the fridge that took hours to show up and no fix!! Don't bother trying to complain they are not interested and the problems will still be there!
