Everything was amazing, very good and kind staff.

Desperately needs a new refrigerator!

The facilities were great, the location was the best

All good honestly. Maybe they could use a 100% self check in but anyhow it was super easy and the host was amazing

This is not a hotel but a scam. There was no water nor fridge for more than 60% of my stay. I reported to the Mexican Tourist authorities, the Chamber of Tourism of Yucatan and the tourist office of Merida that these people pretend to be a hotel, while they are not. The four stars are a total invention. What's next? They pretend they are booking dot com?

Nothing, we had to leave.

We had to leave as the security codes are unsafe, and our room was not cleaned before our stay. The facilities listed are very different from what is available in reality. I am still waiting for my refund as it was unsafe to stay here and we could not stay in the hotel.

The hotel Casablanca is very nice. The room is big and equipped with everything I needed. Also in the kitchen it's easy to prepare food and the personal is lovely.
