"It was a nice stay but would have been better if the bathtub worked and the kitchen had hot water!"

The facilities were good but there are several things that need maintenance. The bathtub is not connected to the water heater and leaks. There isn’t any hot water in the kitchen. It was roomy and comfortable otherwise.

I would like to express my gratitude for the outstanding stay at Sami BnB - Apt 05 Makongo Juu.My experience was truly memorable, from the warm welcome from Sami(owner) and his wonderful assistant OMBENI to the refined details of the accommodation. Rooms were not only elegantly decorated but also impeccably clean. The attentive customer service contributed to making my stay even more enjoyable. The strategic quite location of the establishment added a perfect touch to my exploration of the place. Thank you for this unforgettable experience; i will definitely recommend this place to all my friends and family hope to return soon.Whoever comes to Tanzania from USA or from Tanzania but outside dar es salaam i will highly recommend. Sami your the Best ,,!!

It’s is very un beatable comparing the prices of other properties because it’s very rare to get such a comfortable place with good spacious rooms that give you a feeling of being at your own home In short it has just became my second home to stay whenever I happen to be in dar es salaam

The cost-effectiveness is high. Good kindness.

Uses a lot of electricity, resulting in excess costs. The access road is very bad. There was a lot of Wi-Fi usage, and the signal was bad in the room
