"Hallway smellt too much of Marijuana a"

Bedsheets were not clean. Couch had stains, hallway smells like Marijuana or some other drugs. Looks like this location is used by drug users. The building looks totally shady from the outside and I thought it was closed down with the black doors. Windows in the room are single glazed and therefore you hear all the noise of the nearby street all night. The nightly price is definitely way too high for what you get.
