la vue, la luminosité, l’équipement du logement qui est + que complet, le calme du quartier.

Le fait que le quartier soit vraiment dans les hauteurs de séoul ce qui peut ne pas convenir pour certains mais cela ne nous a pas dérangé simplement le métro n’était pas si proche.

Les douches, la terrasse, la propreté le calme et les équipements c’était jolie et fonctionnelle !

Un léger manque de rangement seulement dans les chambres !

*Location is ideal. The hill is very manageable and the view from the hill is lovely. *The host was polite, responsive, and quick to address the issues once they were reported.

*Upon arrival, there was unflushed toilet paper left in the bathroom. *The building has another unit upstairs owned by the same host and is not well soundproofed; footsteps and movement noises are clearly audible. Our first few days were quiet, but when guests moved in upstairs, the noise was very loud, continuing past 1 a.m. Although the host addressed the issue after we contacted them and the upstairs guests were respectful afterward, this could have been prevented if the host had proactively informed guests in both units about the soundproofing issue when they just moved in. We were fortunate to have considerate neighbors, but others may not be as lucky. *One night, both the heating system and hot water broke down, leaving us unable to shower before sleep after a long, cold day, which was particularly disappointing given strong lingering BBQ smells we had. We spent most of our time exploring the city, so a quiet sleep environment after 12 am and reliable hot water were our main expectations, and these were not met on those two days.

Eine helle und schöne Wohnung. Relativ zentrale Lage, ideal für alle, die mit dem Taxi fahren oder ein Auto mieten.

Das Trinkwasser wurde nicht angeboten und das musste man kaufen, aufgrund der geologischen Lage war es notwendig, den Hügel hinauf- und hinabzusteigen und manchmal kamen die Autos wegen der engen Straße nicht bis zur Tür, musste man die suchen.

Запах какой затхлости или плесени, было очень не приятно находиться. Грязно, в одной из ванных комнат нас ожидал большой клок волос в качестве приветствия к заселению, в этой ванной не было раковины, мы решили ей не пользоваться после этого. Мелкие мошки, не знаю, может они налетели из балкона, хорошо что хозяева оставили средство от насекомых. В ванной где есть умывальник не хватает освещения у зеркала. Вообще фотограф у этих апартаментов большой молодец, на фото не понятно, что при желании в прыжке можно достать до потолка головой в гостиной, а все обстановка в апартаментах выглядит светлой и просторной, в реальности у нас складывалось впечатление что мы живем в какой то пещере, скорее всего от части благодаря похожему запаху. Мы заселились около 22:00, затащив все вещи по крутой лестнице очень хотелось пить, но при заселении не было ни одной бутылки воды, пришлось идти искать супермаркет. Нужно понимать что жильё находится на возвышенности, хоть метро и находится в 850 метрах, подняться до него пешком с чемоданами будет очень сложно, заказывайте обязательно такси. Сам заход в апартаменты через лестницу, состоящую примерно из 15 крутых ступеней, учтите это если есть проблемы со здоровьем

Очень просторные аппарты, прекрасная терраса с красивым видом.

Не очень чисто в самой квартире, находятся на возвышенности, тяжело подниматься в горку особенно в конце дня, после долгой прогулки.

清潔感があり快適でした。洗濯機や乾燥機もあり、バスルームが2つあることもとても良かったです。スタッフの方もとても親切でした。また泊まりたいです。

タクシー無しでは行くのが難しい点です。

The communication with host was excellent: clear instructions in English, pictures of all doors, address in Korean to show the taxi driver. It was super-easy to find and access the property. The property is of good size with everything provided, good air-conditioning (heatwave in Seoul). Nice view from the balcony. Location is good - we used Uber to get to tourist attractions, it worked out fine. Two suggestions: please provide a shade on the balcony, a small parasol will do, or some other kind of screen. Also, eventually replace the battery in the room door lock - it is flashing. The lock works reliably well once the door is closed tightly (the instructions are written on the door and clear).
