Lots of facilities for self catering. Our room was big, my parents was adequate. There was plenty of tea and coffee and water provided. TV and storage room was good and there were DVD's in the cabinet to watch. Although we had to go through the communal areas to get to the bathroom, that was an adequate size. It was also a quiet area to stay in.

Shower was ok but not powerful. Bed board was not attached so had to move the bed forward as every time you moved it banged on the radiator behind it. The bed was very soft but we slept ok

Tidy and communication

The location is perfect for walking easily to the Barbican and the Hoe, there is a bus stop minutes away, with several different buses stopping there. Check in was vey easy. For the price, the accommodation was adequate.

A few issues that I have resolved with the management.

This was a big room with good communal kitchen, and lots of uunexpevted ectras. It was very close to the downtown area which made it possible to walk everywhere we wanted to go.

Nice little room with everything we needed for our short stay . Not far from the city centre. We found our room quiet, no problems
