The room wasn't as advertised and with the room having a strong stench of urine it was unbearable to stay in so we had to book another place to stay, contacted for a refund but heard nothing back, would not recommend

The only plus of this place is its location, the rest leaves much to be desired

1) before reaching the place, the owner seemed to be contactable, wrote how to get to the “apartment”, how to pick up the room (self check-in) and gave his phone number, unfortunately, after reaching the place there was no way to reach the alleged owner - he did not answer the phone or respond to messages. 2) The place is very hard to find and is not properly marked (you have to ask locals how to find it) and is described as a hair salon, the front door has a hard-working, broken lock. 3) The room does not look like the pictures and a lot of important information is omitted from the description of the facility. The kitchen from the photos is not connected to any of the rooms (so far it is not clear where it is located), the room Suite No. 1 is very small, has no window or any emergency exit, its cleanliness leaves much to be desired, in addition, we were not provided with a comforter, the bed had only a sheet and pillows. 4) In the room for the entire two days of our stay there was a smell of sewage pipe 5) The owner turned off our access to light and water several times without any explanation or response to messages raising the issue. 6) For the entire two days of our stay there was loud music playing at night coming from the lower room of the facility, proper sleep was almost impossible because of this 7) Last and most important, the owner is a scammer!!! After we checked out of the room, he wrote to us an hour later that he wanted to fine us 500 euros for allegedly smoking marijuana in the room and that because of this he could not accept any more guests. Neither I nor my fiancé are smokers! The owner tried to accuse us for the stench from the sewer pipes wafting in the room from the beginning of our stay claiming that it was the smell of marijuana in order to string us along for more money! I reported the whole matter to both booking.com and the appropriate authorities in Ireland. Avoid this place!!!

Great location, great value

No window or fire escape in room 1. Other than that, it's perfect

Central location.

It was described as an apartment. Apartment 1. However, it was just a very small room with en suite. The shower cubicle was small but the shower was powerful. It was hard to identify the building as there was no number displayed on the exterior. The photo showing a kitchen was very misleading. No window. No natural light. No facility to even make a cup of tea. The hair salon below started blasting music from 8am every morning, really loud.
