"A gem with disappointing issue resolution"

Brand new beautifully designed villa and room. Super clean, location top. Would stay again. Also, we really like Guenther S.
The Suzuka room looks at a wall, quite disappointing. The wifi did not work and when i raised it in the morning by chat to the host, although they promised to check it, when i returned in the evening, it still did not work, and the host never followed up or apologized. I would have rated my stay 10, but the wifi unresolved without follow up was disappointing.

+ clean + free convenient parking (vs. ~25 p/day in public parking) + good airco + central location, close to everything + good communication with the host throughout
- electrical system malfunctioned at 4am and woke us up with an alarm - and electricity was gone for the rest of the night

"Relaxing stay, friendly host and nice room"

Nice and comfortable room with a small balcony. Supportive host and easy access to the villa. Spacious bathroom. Everything is new and the location really close to the city center and walks (at the river or to the panorama walks).
Everything went smoothly, no complaints at all.
