Comfy place, decent amount of space. Nice to have the laundry machine.

Bathroom was quite small, slightly smaller than typical during our stays in Japan.

Last accomodation we could find in Sapporo during the snow festival. Washing machine, mini fridge, kettle, microwave.

Overall fits the bill but: Beds were hard. Small for 2 people. A bit pricey. We had to park 10 minutes away in a paid parking. Shades do not block the light well so it's hard to sleep. The heater is right by our heads when we sleep.
