La Terraza de Porvenir 10 - Jerez de la Frontera

The apartment is wonderful and above any expectation. Very spacious, decorated with style and top quality furniture; a large selection of tools and fancy plates and wine glasses are provided in a very cozy kitchen; the huge terrace is astonishing and very catchy in the night with superb lightning ; the hosts are very friendly and always available for any question or support; cleanliness is top ; walking distance from the center ; one of the best place ever!

We loved this apartment, the four of us have stayed at many apartments over the years, this one was by far the best. Everything was of a high quality and we loved the decor. The beds were comfortable, the apartment was cosy, the settee was huge, plenty room for us all. We were welcomed at the flat by Raúl who was so lovely he even helped with our substantial amount of luggage. The kitchen was compact but perfect for us with lots of little extras thrown in for us to use. We enjoyed the bottle of Jerez wine on the beautiful terrace. The terrace had lots of lovely lights and very comfortable seating we even sat up there at night with fleecy blankets. The apartment has 3 bathrooms which was a bonus for 4 ladies getting ready. The building has a very spacious entrance courtyard and is in a fabulous location. Close to the centre, train station and only 2 minutes from the carpark. We used the APK2 parking at Plaza Madre de Dios which was only 18 euros for the 3 days ( it's cheaper if you use the app ). There is also a fabulous bodega just round the corner from the apartment, Diez Merito, we thoroughly enjoyed our informative sherry tasting there. We found fabulous bars and restaurants in Jerez and we can recommend Rigadon and Albalá especially if you have a vegetarian in your party. If we are ever back in Jerez we would definitely use this apartment again.

There was nothing we didn't like, we had no problems with anything but we knew Raúl was at the end of the phone if we had needed him.
