Central & Cozy - 1 Bedroom Apartment

The location was good. Having a washing machine was good.

The air conditioning did not work. The light in the main room did not work. The bed was very uncomfortable as were the pillows. The shower was hopeless and did not drain and leaked. The evening we arrived the power went out and we could not contact anyone via the given contact phone number or message. Nobody answered.

The apartment is located in a cute historical building, the entrance is charming, so it the apartment. It is not brand new, but well upkeep and has new appliances and most of the furniture. Everything was great!

Apartment was kind of narrow and missing small details, like more soap, some coffee, napkins, etc

Perfect location in a small narrow charming passage, just a few minutes from the main Valletta street.

1. It is very dark in the kitchen at night due to a lamp built-in to the ceiling fan, that doesn’t light. 2. There is a hair dryer in the bathroom, but the socket to plug it in, is missing. So the device is completely useless for the guests… 3. The shower head is damaged (a kind of gasket goes out from it) and using it is very problematic. 4. This head mount on the shover cabin wall doesn’t keep it (the head falls out from it), so taking a shover is not comfortable. 5. The shower cabin floor is badly installed and water cannot flow freely to the sewage system. 6. Some of the towels seem not to be washed good enough. They just smell badly after the first use..

A beautiful and characterful apartment in an amazing location, tucked down a pretty little alleyway just a few minutes walk from all the main sights in Valetta. It was a good size, with good decorations and furniture. The kitchen was well equiped. The customer service was good and I had no issues with entering or leaving the property. Overall, we had a good stay.

The biggest issue was that the shower head was broken so showering was not pleasant. Also, the main light in the living room didn't work, the extractor fan and heater in the bathroom also didn't work, the window latch in the living room was very stiff, making it difficult to open and close the window. And the property was less clean than I would have liked - particularly the windowsills, which were covered in dust, and the toilet. It's a shame because all of these are small issues that would be quite easy to fix, but all together made it a less than perfect stay.

The apartment is on pedestrian street in a very cute historic building, we felt in love with its aunthenticity! There is no elevator, as expected, so be prepared to walk to the second floor. The apartment is not huge, but it has full size kitchen as on the photo (not just some kitchenette) and the washer. We liked everything.
