Pine & sea house

The vila is awesome, very clean and tidy, situated in the picturesque area of the old town. Very nice area, quiet, with long and narrow streets, populated by nice people and lots of cats. Me and the group enjoyed spending the time there, especially on the first floor terrace, watching the pine in the yard and the sea view. You can park your car directly inside the yard. There is a shop very near, 2 minutes by walk, which is open until late. Also, you can find a greek taverna situated at 7 minutes by walk. The hosts were very nice, they expected us until late because of the flight. They gave us hints about the area and recommended us restaurants and beaches. Very communicative and open to extra information. It is the perfect accomodation for a group of friends or maybe a family, it you want to spend a week visiting Sithonia.

Dat je auto kon parkeren, terras/balkon was goed. Winkeltje was dichtbij, locatie was ook goed.

Tegenvaller was afwezigheid van het meest simpele apparaat in de keuken, namelijk een waterkoker. Verder geen wasmachine aanwezig, geen extra beddengoed en de meest storende was de hygiëne(vooral in de keuken), o ja de tweede badkamer was zo goed als niet functioneel aangezien het zo ontiegelijk klein was.

I stayed 10 days at this property in Nikiti and it was absolutely perfect! The house is beautiful, fully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Both bedrooms have AC, there are 2 bathrooms (a big plus!), a spacious living room, and a lovely terrace and garden to relax in. The location is fantastic, right in the old center with charming, walkable traditional Greek streets. There’s also a grocery store nearby, and the neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. Overall, an excellent stay – highly recommended!

Faptul ca aveai un magazin la 30 metri de locatie . Ai terasa si balcon.

Aici lista este lunga ...nota de pe booking exagerat de mare pentru ceea ce se oferă. Baia 2 este pentru persoane cu inaltimea de 1.50 la duș, toaleta langa duș te ridicai cu tavanul in cap. Eu am 1, 80m se vede n poza nu puteam sa fac dus. Miros puternic de mucegai .Curticica care o are este plina de resturi de materiale de constructii sub scara , Miros seara deasemenea de canalizare pe terasă, probabil de la fosele septice , la parter aerul conditionat este un Ventilator . Camerele de sus au aer conditionat , una are 3 paturi de 1 persoana, si una 2 paturi de o persoana , fara tv in camere . Bucataria extrem de slab utilata , faci cafeaua la ibric .nu ai prajitor de paine, doua ibrice . Pahare , farfurii, vesela , si cateva oale . Usile fiind de lemn se inchid foarte greu deoarece s au deformat . Apa se opreste destul de des . Aveti varianta duș in curte la butoi .😒.apa incalzita de la soare, Masina o parchezi pe strada in panta , daca nu ti tine frana de mana la masina , folosesti clasicul bolovan .😁 deoarece poarta nu se mai deschide , sa lasat din balamale . Telefonul de pe booking nu este de actualitate , nu poti comunica cu proprietarul. Pinul locatiei nu este nici el corect pus . Am intrebat lumea pe strada . Ca reper este pe strada care are supermarket la baza urci si casa este prima pedreapta .Asta poate se mai incumeta careva , Pret exagerat pentru ce se ofera . Nota exagerat de mare pentru realitatea locatiei

A perfect house for families! Friendly guests, everything was clean and we had many towels, good Wifi, Netflix, Youtube and AC. Wonderful view to the sea, the house is nearby restaurants, shops and the old village. We felt so good, the vacation was great and we enjoyed the time we spent here 🤗

Located in Old Town, about 5 minutes walk from the old town center, the accommodation is set in a picturesque scenery. The house was spot clean. Also the owners are friendly people who were flexible in meeting our demands. If we revisit Nikiti we will definitely check in here again!
