El piso tiene todo lo necesario para la estancia y está bien mantenido. Está ubicado muy cerca de la playa y tiene una parada del tren de Alicante y supermercados cerca.
El tamaño del piso no es demasiado grande.

Javier fue muy agradable desde el minuto uno, y cuando conocimos a su mujer también confirmamos algunos comentarios que había aquí, son muy agradables y nos dieron muchos sitios que visitar durante la estancia. El apartamento estaba repleto de todo lo necesario para hacer el alojamiento acogedor como si estuvieses en tu propia casa. La limpieza y el orden excepcional. Otra cosa a destacar es la distancia a la playa, no llega a 10 min andando y con parada de tranvía cerca con el que puedes recorrer parte de la costa sin necesidad de coger coche.
