Cosy Seaside APT, 200m from the Seafront

Przestronne i komfortowe mieszkanie. Lokalizacja pozwala poczuć klimat miejskiego życia na Malcie, zobaczyć, jak spędzają czas tutejsi mieszkańcy. Bardzo blisko do nabrzeża - kilka minut piechotą. W sąsiedztwie sklepy spożywcze. Blisko do różnych przystanków autobusowych. Pomocny właściciel, jest do dyspozycji, można czuć się zaopiekowanym.

Alrededor del apartamento hay bastantes supermercados y de cocina tradicional maltesa (sitios de pastizzi). Esta relativamente cerca de la zona de Paceville (aunque hay que caminar bastante) y al paseo maritimo se llega en 10min aprox. Lo mejor es que por el precio no vas a encontrar algo mucho mejor. Es muy barato para lo moderno que es y todo lo que ofrece.

Las cortinas dejan pasar la luz completamente y casi no te permite dormir a partir de las 6am (cuando amanece en verano) , y el sofa cama podria ser mucho más cómodo. El anfitrión muy atento.

Great location and a comfortable mattress. The fridge had enough space, and it seemed like the air conditioner had been replaced recently.

The TV wasn’t connected, so there was no access to YouTube or Netflix. The sofa bed might be fine for children, but it’s not suitable for adults—especially those with back pain. A washing machine was placed on the balcony. When I closed the balcony door to keep the room temperature comfortable, it automatically locked. I ended up being locked out, but luckily my family was inside and could let me back in. If you're staying alone, be careful not to get locked out.

The kitchen was well-equipped, the wardrobe was spacious, and the bathroom included a hairdryer, which was very convenient.

The living room lacked blackout curtains, which made it difficult to sleep on the sofa bed due to the light. The bed sheets also had some unpleasant odors. However, the host was very kind and reacted quickly to solve the issues.

Comfortable and cozy. Value for money. Walking distance from the promenade and restaurants.

The apartment had all the facilities we could ask for. The smart tv was a great addition. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen had plenty of seating space. The location was amazing and it was easy to get in given the self check-in process. Our host was really nice even though we never met them.

There aren't many flaws to this place but those few brought down our staying experience quite a lot. In the bathroom, the shower did not drain normally, it was so bad that there was water in the hallways after just 1 usage which was usually the case since there wasn't nearly enough hot water for 4 of us. Also the toilet papers provided (2) were also not enough so we had to go and buy some more. Generally the APT lacked quality insulation so on top of it being colder than the outside we could hear everything our neighbors said or did, and they could hear us too. The sofa bed also creaked quite a lot.
