Apartment 14

Nice view from the balcony. The lady member of staff was helpful and polite. Went out of her way to get a cot bed. She also explained about the parking outside the property. The apartment was spacious, light and airy. The price of the apartment was good for the two nights we were away for the time of year. Close to Aberystywth which is what we wanted. The children enjoyed time in the pool.

One of the beds was too hard. The springs had gone in the mattress. By daughter did not sleep well for two nights as a result. No explanation of the recycling facilities eg didn't know what to do with cardboard and tin etc. Only knew where to put glass and household waste. One bedroom has a view of next doors hot tub. So no privacy for either party. When my husband and I went for a walk, we thought a passage way from the bin store was a right of way (No signage to say otherwise) A lady from the house called out it was private. We pointed out we were just heading back to the apartment.

Really great use of space for up to 10 adults.

Lack of head height in both bathrooms and shower curtain in en suite made it a little unsafe as it’s too long, also sink in that room is really small and low. Also only FOUR forks in kitchen!
