Roomy flat, good facilities.

My fault, flat 7 means top of the house, 7 flights of stairs, not good for an asthmatic, also not everybody likes low down beds.

The property was very clean and had a helpful information pack

Some of the dishes in the cupboard were dirty but I guess that’s from the previous tennant not the actual owner
