An amazing apartment located in the heart of Valletta. The apartment absolutely exceeded expectations and was an incredibly comfortable stay we wished we had longer. Amenities and space was very modern, bathroom was large and clean. Bed was large and very comfortable and both air conditioners worked perfect. It was approximately a 3minute walk to the Lower Barrak gardens to watch sunset which was great too. And cost approx £10 uber to get to airport. Pierre the host was very easy to communicate with and so lovely with his hospitality.

The main door was a little fiddly to get open but once you got used to the lock system it was fine. Additionally the neighbors we shared a courtyard with were noisy past midnight most days but manageable once you closed all windows properly. Only reason that was an issue was the joining window was in the bedroom when trying to sleep.

The apartment is very well located, close to all the facilities. Even if the AC has a coin meter, it was quite affordable. The host is responsive and friendly.

Unfortunately there was humidity on the walls of the bedroom and it smells. We got to know that this is a common issue of the old buildings in Malta.

Great location, spacious, well done up

We had to sleep one night without the air conditioning- as one has to recharge the number of hours using coins. Was not familiar with this system- hence don’t know how to use it. But the host explained it to us the next morning.

The location in Valletta is great. Close to the center, but not too busy. Everything you need is available in the apartment and the host is willing to help.

In the living room you can very clearly hear the noise from the street. Although noted in the description, you need to pay for airconditioning. This can only be done with one or two Euro coins. I think it's a better option to slightly increase the price and include ac. At times there was a smell of sewage in the bathroom. The apartment has a serious moisture problem. A wall in the kitchen clearly showed this by a yellow color. There is a lack of ventilation (possibilities). Combined with the paid airconditioning, this probably doesn't help the moisture problem.

We would have liked a safe, but the apartment was very secure.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! When we arrived, we were more than pleased with how tidy it was. We were left with excellent utilities the apartment had a great layout with a good amount of space, especially in the living room! As well as this, the location is perfect as it is close to the main strip where you have a variety of different shops and restaurants. As well as having amazing access to different means of transport to other areas of the Island.I would also like to add the owner of the property was very helpful if we required any assistance.

Good location, quiet but close to everything in Valletta! Well equipped & amazing friendly host.

The only problem we had was the neighbours being noisy. Nothing to do with the apartment or the host, but was still a little uneasy for 2 girl travellers.

Plenty of space - really big bedroom and very comfortable bed, big nicely equipped kitchen, spacious bathroom and saloon with very inviting sofa (especially after long active days) with TV set across. Pleasent, convenient and modern design. Location with grocery around te corner and cluster of very good restaurants at 3 min walk (La Sfoglia highly recommended). Lower Baraka gardens at around the corner and main square just 6 min. away. Also important that that the noisy nightlife spots, even if a tourist delight but not when just by your apartment, are just two blocks up so that nights are quiet. Now a great thing was the constant and immediate help the host Pierre. We had some issues related to our sightseeing which were taken care by Pierre. You can count on him.

A very smart apartment, you will be more than satisfied with what you find. It has everything you would expect from this exceptional apartment, it is located in the old part of the city, you have a supermarket on the corner of the street and only a 5 minute walk into the city with all its restaurants and shops. The bus station is a 15 to 20 minute walk away. You can buy a bus ticket for 1 week, it costs EUR 27.00 for 7 days and you can use it as often as you want throughout the island
