Very clean and nice apartement with a very nice host. Great location close to trainstation. We highly recommend this place:)

The stay was amazing! Everything was new and clean and just as on the pictures. Luca was very friendly, he waited for us when we arrrived so that he could explain everything. The location from the apartment is great, it is very close to the train station, just above the bus station and about 20 minutes from the city. The view from the balcony was great, we were there every evening for a glass of wine - it is a bit loud when you sit outside but when you are inside it is not a problem. Would definitely recommend this place!

An apartment that strikes a harmonious balance between comfort and convenience. Its location offers superb connectivity, making exploration effortless. Our host, Luca, elevated the experience with his warmth. We look forward with anticipation to our next stay at this inviting residence.

The host was very helpful and he responded to my messages really fast. The apartment is exactly like in the pictures, maybe even better looking and also clean. We had many options for breakfast left for us in the kitchen and even water, milk and juice in the fridge. The bed was very comfortable and the view from the balcony was beautiful. The location is really close to the train station, so it is really good for those who transit Bologna by train/plane. The self check-in process was really easy with the host's indications.

The only thing that I want to mention is that the zone is a little bit weird at night. We arrived very late in the evening, around 11pm, and there were people fighting and shouting on the street right next to the building. I know that this aspect can't be influence by the owner of the apartment, but I thought it would be useful to mention in case there is someone need this information, especially if he/she has a problem with this aspect.

Amazing new modern flat, feeling homey and smells divine from the vanilla sticks! Simple breakfast included - pastry, juice, yoghurt. Coffee machine, kettle!! (Not much in Italy lol). Luca called to explain everything and we were even able to check out late! Location Is quite close to station, however a bit walk to the city.

Floors need cleaning, but I already advised that.

Excellent location, right on bus route into the town. Beautiful apartment with fantastic books! Incredibly clean, good breakfast, will definitely return.

Very nice and clean apartment. Great communication with host, who are very kind and welcoming. Strong WiFi connection. Would definitely suggest a stay here.

A short walk from the train station, public transport steps from the front door, small markets with beer/wine/produce within half a block
