Virtually everything met our needs: the facilities (from a microwave to a Nespresso coffee machine, from a washing machine to an oven and an air conditioner); the condition and cleanliness of the apartment; complimentary coffee capsules (for a couple of days), candy, tea, sunflower oil, napkins; fast, seamless wifi; communication with the host was always effortless, straightforward and friendly (Igor let us check out later and allowed us to leave our baggage behind a little longer) - we were always in touch in case something happened. The unit is on the 2,5 floor; there’s an elevator, though. It never really gets hot in the apartment since its windows overlook an inner courtyard and the walls of the adjacent buildings (in the flip side, you do need a bit more light).

Probably, the only downside is the view from the kitchen area and bathroom - a bit of an eyesore.

Our stay in Belgrade was fantastic. From the moment we booked, the communication was excellent. They also went out of their way to help meet our needs and their flexibility made our trip stress-free. The apartment itself was quiet, spotlessly clean and spacious. Every amenity had been thoughtfully prepared. The location couldn’t have been better—right in the heart of Belgrade, close to everything you’d want to see, do and explore. I cannot recommend this place enough. We would book it again in a heartbeat. If you're heading to Belgrade, this is the spot.

В апартаментах есть все что необходимо и даже больше (например капсульная кофемашина и посудомоечная машина). Очень удачно расположен дом и квартира, ночью полная тишина даже с открытыми окнами и при этом все самые топовые достопримечательности в шаговой доступности! Мебель, техника - все в отличном состоянии, новое. Автобусные, трамвайные остановки тоже близко, так что добраться до любой точки города без проблем! В квартире красивый интерьер и очень интересные книги о Белграде! WiFi работал идеально. Хозяин апартаментов заранее связался со мной, все объяснил рассказал! Очень дружелюбный и ответственный! Огромное спасибо за гостеприимство и комфорт!

Avrupa gezilerimizde sürekli başkentlerde kalıyoruz. Igor kadar ilgili ve yardımcı bir ev sahibi hiç olmamıştı. Uçağa bindiğimiz andan Belgrad’dan ayrıldığımız ana kadar her aşamada bizi bilgilendirdi. Evin temizliği, eşyaların yeniliği ve evin konumu övgüyü hak ediyor. Gezdiğimiz 9 şehir içinde en rahat ettiğimiz konaklama oldu. Igor ve Tanja’ya misafirperverlikleri için teşekkür ederiz.

Hosts were great, super friendly and helpful! Great location and had everything we needed and more, would recommend to anyone staying in Belgrade to book here!
