20 RC - Lisbon City Studio Apartment

Good location in terms of getting down into the central/main area of Lisbon. Good apartment with everything you needed, ie fan, heater, couch, new TV, cooking equipment, oven, stove, fridge and freezer section and microwave: as well as a washing machine.

Pillows for the bed were awful unfortunately, which made it worse given the length of my stay. Please invest in 2 new (if not 4) new bed pillows to help with comfort.

I didn't like what I saw when I arrived, there was a lot of mold inside, my allergy immediately attacked, I couldn't stay in the accommodation, the photos have nothing to do with the real place. I was simply never questioned for not staying at the residence.

It is full of mold and humit. I don’t suggest to stay in

* Responds to messages super quickly and personal. * Facilities in the room - washing machine, kettle, somewhere to dry clothes, powerful shower, hairdryer. Spacious apartment. * Very nice nearby supermarket. * Lots of plug sockets. * Locals on the street were welcoming. * Cats on the balconies! * Close to shops, cafés, walking distance (15 mins) into Lisbon town centre. * Lots of pots, pans etc... * Wardrobe, cute table and chairs. * If you use Bounce.com to store luggage after check out there's a place 5 mins walk away! * Ordered a takeaway away and Glovo found the address! * The old style doors and key to lock the apartment. It has a weird key that looks like you could unlock a gold chest. * First aid box. * Amazing street art near by. Couple of large murals! * Lots of towels. * Lovely smelling body lotion in the bathroom.

* The road is so old that it has quite pronounced rising damp in the street. Not sure how that can be tackled but there's definitely damp, that probably can't be helped, in the flat. It's hard to aeriate as you're opening up the window in the street or the back bathroom window (I couldn't fully reach it to reopen it). Maybe more real plants would help with naturally areating the room. * A few more soft touches maybe...art work in the bedroom... * It would be nice to have some tea, milk and coffee as it feels like a proper flat. * Some more pegs please. * I couldn't get the TV to work but didn't ask so maybe it's me. * The extractor fan needs a clean and the shower hose too. * Some people tried to check in and rang my flat instead and it confused me as the booking doesn't have the flat number. * Would be good to tell guests to be mindful of old buildings when walking about upstairs! Only happened briefly as realistically people on holiday aren't in all day! * Full length mirror if possible. * Liquids (shampoo, hand soap and clothes washing liquid) are decanted into wrong bottles so this could be an issue for anyone with skin allergies. Not good Health and Safety! * No hooks to hang towel in the bathroom behind door/wall.

Clean and practical with big comfy double bed, within walking distance to all attractions.
