Everything was clean ,well maintained ,well equipped and very spacious .

Very little but with going with my elderly parents the steps going down to the property were a bit of a struggle .

Absolutely lovely accommodation, felt convenient to everything but lovely and quiet. All creature comforts, couldn’t ask for more.

Everything, clean, comfortable, modern and all you need.

The house was warm and the decor attractive, it had clearly been recently renovated as all the furniture was in good condition, walls etc looked clean and tidy. The bathrooms were nicely decorated with great showers. The location is excellent, very close to south beach and just a few minutes walk from town. The south beach (very large) car park is very close by too but charges £10 a night. Large utility room with good storage for bags etc. The hosts were excellent and key lock entry was easy. There is a nice enclosed garden to the back. It was lovely to see a decorated christmas tree in the house.

It really should be a house for a maximum of 5 guests, there was only 5 places at the sofa and only 6 at the table. The bedrooms are exceptionally cramped and you need to sit sideways on the toilet as the cabinet is in the way. Much wasted space with two corridors and the utility room is larger than the kitchen area. There was only 8 forks so you need to wash up between courses. The tin opener and corkscrew were both broken and there was a lack of larger pans, serving dishes, baking trays, tumblers, large chopping board - all the things you need to feed 7 people. As it is a basement flat it was quite dark, damp in one bedroom and had no phone signal at all. The sofa was very uncomfortable, basically it wasn't a good place to relax for a winter stay, but would be fine for a smaller family group for a summer beach holiday when you'd be out all day and evening.
