Adoramos o hotel: limpo, confortável e com pessoas gentilíssimas nos atendendo. Fomos mimadas e cuidadas o tempo todo. Recomendo muitíssimo! Foi um dia melhores hotéis da nossa viagem.

Es ist alles mit so viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet, die Zimmer sind wunderschön. Die Betten sind so weich als würde man auf Wolken schlafen. Und Paula und ihr Mann sind so herzlich und gastfreundlich wie man es kaum noch irgendwo erlebt.

The warm and generous welcome of the owner Paula and her husband Cristiano who could not have done more to make our first visit to Tirano a success. Very central, and close to the railway station (4 minute walk)

Nothing to dislike

From the moment I arrived, it was obvious that this hotel operates at an exceptionally high standard. The hosts had clearly thought about every single detail, and it made the entire stay feel incredibly luxurious and effortless. The room itself was immaculate — one of the cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Every corner felt fresh, organised, and beautifully maintained. What really stood out, though, were the thoughtful touches throughout the room. The toiletries were all high-end and beautifully presented, the dressing gowns and slippers were soft and luxurious, and even the smaller details felt carefully chosen rather than simply provided as a basic necessity. You can tell the hosts genuinely care about the guest experience. Nothing felt overlooked. From the quality of the bedding and towels to the atmosphere and presentation of the room, everything felt premium and well considered.

Very welcoming, gracious host. Secure car parking. Apperitivo and breakfast complimentary and generous. Rooms brand new, comfortable and very well appointed. Departing gift of cookies, pastilles to enjoy on our drive to next destination. Would like to give this property 12/10.

It’s perfect, nothing to not like!

I loved everything ❤️ the host treats you like a family member, extremely cozy and comfortable rooms. And formally there is no breakfast, but the amazing, delicious set of food I got in the morning was above expectations. Also there were free drinks in the evening in the bar owned by the same host

Such a special place . Paola our hostess who welcomed us to her “home” , a small 4 room hotel , beautifully renovated space , was informative and friendly. So much to love about this property. We will be back !

Beautiful newly developed stay. Stunning room! Our hosts were so lovely and welcoming. Complimentary drinks and snacks at their restaurant (nightclub) downstairs, and coffee and croissants for breakfast.

Just an FYI to anyone booking - they are a nightclub downstairs until 12/1am every night! It didn’t bother us as we were exhausted but you may need earplugs.

The service was lovely and welcoming; even before my arrival, I felt I had everything I needed. I received a warm, hearty welcome from Paola, an incredible and enthusiastic woman who made me feel so comfortable and ensured I had the best experience in the city. She and her husband looked after us so well and were always helpful; they truly went above and beyond all expectations. The room was perfect a lovely size, extremely clean, and very comfortable. It smelled amazing and fresh, which made everything feel brand new. There is a great bar with lovely drinks and snacks available. As a Brazilian, I can say the caipirinha was amazing! The bar staff were very attentive and friendly. Also, thank you to the team for helping me with my request to have a rose in the room as a surprise!
