Excellent location (2 mins walk from train station), very supportive hosts (Paula and her husband are simply amazing), modern design, comfortable room of decent size. They provided complimentary breakfast and a small goodbye gift also. Will like to stay again!

The bath area in our room (room number 1) was of open design, meaning it had no walls. Although for us it was not a problem, the lack of privacy may be of concern to some! Price a bit on higher side compared to nearby options, maybe because we booked just a day before.

The owner Paula is the perfect host. The hotel has only 4 rooms which makes it really cosy and boutique feel. It’s super clean and wonderfully renovated - the location is close to the train station. It’s rare to find this kind of hospitality and eye for detail. Super delicious croissants in the morning.

What a gem of a hotel! From the efficient check-in/check-out process, each moment was delightful. Also, the hotel has a very secure and safe environment. The rooms were clean and very comfortable, with elegant décor. They went over and beyond to help make our stay enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting downtown Tirano! The friendly and helpful Paula was there for every need of mine. Thank you so much.

From the moment we walked in, Paola made us feel right at home. Both her and her husband have built a jaw dropping hotel whilst maintaining its classical structure and architecture. The room looks, smells and feels marvellous, a level of cleanliness we had never experienced before at a hotel. The service was most attentive to the smallest details. Our only regret was not staying longer. We will certainly be back!
