Kontakt z obsługą od wejścia do końca pobytu. Obiektu codziennie doglądała obsługa. Piękny widok z balkonu, świetnie zaaranżowany pokój z klimatyzacją.

Szkoda, że śniadania były wyłącznie na słodko (dodatkowo trafiliśmy na termin kiedy piekarnia skąd mieli pieczywo była na urlopie). Kuchnia mimo wszystko wystarczająco wyposażona, żeby przygotować sobie śniadanie.

Πολυ εξυπηρετικός ο ιδιοκτήτης και το διαμέρισμα εξαιρετικά προσεγμένο. Πολύ καλή επιλογή αν κάποιος επιθυμεί να μείνει έκτος κέντρου Νάπολης. Value for money.

very close to Herculeanum. close to train station to Napoli. close to the golden mile.

surroundings are very lively, napolitan. either you like it or not. we liked it.

Location was convenient. Walking distance from Herculaneum, restaurants and a supermarket down below on the same block. The room was modern and comfortable, with a nice balcony, good air conditioning, a comfy bed and a nice bathroom. Breakfast was lovely: SPECTACULAR croissants, and there was a Nespresso-type machine and a milk frother so you could make your own coffee. Everything was squeaky clean and well-maintained.

At night, the block seemed a little sketchy. Only the betting office down the street was open. Actually, during the day it is very nice and bustling because of the supermarket, but at night it gets quiet and feels a bit spooky. To enter, you had to use a series of codes. We found that the front door of the building was the hardest to open. It turns out that you have to press the buttons REALLY hard (almost too hard). Then you take a TINY elevator up to the 4th floor. We were two people with two backpacks and some smaller bags and we filled the elevator. To open the front door of the apartment, you needed to put your palm on the door and enter another code. Finally, we had to unlock the door to our room, which also required a bit of skill. Once inside though, everything was great! And Gaia and her brother were very helpful and answered all our questions (via WhatsApp). It would be helpful if there was a sign somewhere with the WiFi password. Because there was no staff there when we arrived, we had to WhatsApp them to get the password.
