"Worked well for what I need it. Was only there really to sleep."

Tastefully decorated. Very comfortable bed. Thoughtful addition of earplugs, coffee, cereals & biscuits.

The area felt a little unsafe as a single female. No lights to enter property. Quite expensive for one person but reasonable for 4 sharing.

Property was spacious, clean. Good appliances.

There was mould in the bathroom by the window. Little areas of the property weren’t finished to a high standard. A dog was kept in a kennel outside in one of the neighbours gardens. That was constantly barking. As I had the back room this was annoying

The house was very clean and smelt fresh wasn't overloaded with clutter very tidy. Garden was nice 👌🏻 overall nice. I would stay here again.

There are only 3 plates which weren't ideal as there were 4 of us that stayed there. Could do with a 2 seater sofa instead of the chair again because there were 4 of us 1 sat on the floor as the sofa isn't big enough for 3 people comfortably. Kitchen utensils need more sauce pans, frying pans. There's no colander to drain food off. And a must is that it needs a can opener!!

"Great location for the NEC"

Very cozy, comfortable beds, everything was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed. Loved the welcome basket with goodies and milk in the fridge to make a cuppa straight away. The property smelled lovely too. Very quiet area. Great friendly communication before and during our stay. The house was bigger than expected and had 2 rooms and 4 single beds so would comfortably suit a group of 4. Great location for the NEC only 10mins up the road. Shop across the road has essentials and managed to park relatively close to the property.

The local area was a bit run down and had rubbish around the property with the bins almost overflowing. The garden needed attention, and there was nowhere to sit outside.

The owner was very thoughtful by putting out earbuds, providing complimentary breakfast. House was beautifully decorated. We felt very welcomed.

It wasn’t the cleanest. The floor didn’t appear to have been hoovered, the sofa was full of dog hair. The kitchen floor had gravel all over it.
