Spacious and very good location

Not everything worked as it should (shower head spraying everywhere), a little bit dusty in places and maybe a little bit old fashioned

This was my first booking on Booking, and I was very worried about falling for scammers. Although I've been on the site for a long time, I never had to make a booking myself before. Two days before arriving in Tbilisi from Batumi, I accidentally stumbled upon this apartment. I was immediately attracted by its location: an old beautiful building with a very stylish and atmospheric interior. The photos didn't lie — everything turned out exactly as I expected. The apartment's location was very convenient, the courtyard and the building were incredibly beautiful. After living in a high-rise building, it was very pleasant to find ourselves in such a cozy place. The host, Ani, responded quickly to all my questions. We arrived early in the morning by bus, and the check-in was supposed to be later, but they allowed us to check in earlier, which was very kind of them. Early in the morning, we were greeted by Grandma Julietta, who lives nearby. She told and showed us everything; her apartment is also very beautiful. She is the kindest and most intelligent woman. We immediately felt at home thanks to her hospitality. My mom and I enjoyed the apartment's location — everything was nearby: cafes, beautiful streets. We rarely used a taxi because we were in the very center of the city! The bed linen was clean, and the apartment's interior was very beautiful, all in the style of old Tbilisi. Our neighbors were very nice people who have been staying with Grandma Julietta and Ani for more than once. They say they constantly choose these apartments because they love the house and respect Grandma Julietta. On the last day, we had breakfast together, hugged Grandma, and said goodbye to the neighbors. It was an incredible adventure in Tbilisi — very hospitable and homey. This is exactly what we were missing! Thank you very much for your kindness. I tell all my friends about my adventure and am very glad I chose these apartments. We are very happy!

Great location, loved Babushka Juieta! Clean and tidy. Good price for what you get in a good location.
