SPRING BREAK NOTICE: Sapphire Condominiums administration has very specific rules regarding who can/cannot stay on their property during the month of March. All guests must: Sapphire requires all renters to be 30 yrs or older and occupy the condo with the family whom have children in order to rent during these restricted dates. At check in the concierge will ask for ID’s of all guests to confirm the renter and guests are a family living under the same household during your check-in time. We will NOT allow check-in if the renter does not meet these requirements. The family is considered only immediate (mother, father, daughter, son, and/or grandparents). Cousins, aunts, uncles, nephews or nieces are NOT considered immediate family. If you have any questions about these policies, please contact us directly before booking this property.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Very nice condo on the 19th floor with great views all around, very clean and kept."

The breakfast was good, it stinks that it’s off site from Sapphire where we stayed and down the street at the La Copa resort. Regardless the staff there was great, La Copa could use some paint and updates but other than that it seemed to be well managed and clean.

"Found out it’s owned by a family who owns hotels that is very cheap and only cares about money not their guests"

Property was excellent

Horrible Beds, furniture outdated and cheap. Not comfortable at all. Messed up by extending my stay one more night before the uncomfortable experience. Then to top it off the property owners charged me another clean fee and service fee almost the price of the additional night. Said they wound adjust but of course they didn’t.
