入住当天因钥匙不好插入，开不到门 — 当下有联系了屋主，打了2次电话都没接听，之后的几天（我们住了3晚）也没回电询问情况； 这个有些不解，若我们一直都无法开门的话，咋办呢？ 备注：Room 12-07（B）— 我们每次开/锁门都怕钥匙会断掉
