Klimatyzacja nie działała, brak reakcji personelu na zgłoszenie, hałas z ulicy, remont balkonu, to nie jest pokój dla 4 dorosłych osób, sofa bardzo niewygodna. Brak ręczników w kuchni. Na przywitanie worek że śmieciami przed drzwiami przez cały pobyt.

Great communication from Pamela. Local information offered. Whilst there's building works outside and a new construction behind the apartment, it is very well renovated to a really good standard and exceptionally clean Very well placed for The Bernina express, Madonna Basillica, supermarket, all shops restaurants and old town, all very walkable.

Shame the new construction blocks some mountain views, who granted that planning permission! It is on the main road so traffic noise heard if you choose to open the windows. There was air con, so not necessary to open them. Modern remote shutters at double glazed windows. Balcony unusable currently due to renovations

This apartment was so clean and comfortable and very modern . Location to Bernia express , Tirano train station was reason we stayed here . Professionalism of host . Highly recommend this place .

Good communication regarding entry. Lovely spacious, modern apartment and very good value for money. Very clean and lovely bathroom. Aircon unit in both living room and bedroom. Electric shutters on all windows so very dark at night. Easy walk from the train station- 5 mins and central for restaurants and bars. We only stayed there 1 night but could easily have stayed longer

No complaints at all

The apartment was good value for money and in a convenient location to the train station (10 minute flat walk) for the Bernina Express. It is tastefully renovated with high end fittings and is modern in appearance. Prior to arrival communication was excellent. However we later found out that Pamela was away and that’s when things went backwards

Unfortunately communication was very poor with management. We received address details along with an access code for the building. Unfortunately Pamela failed to inform us that access to the building was a building site with orange webbing covering the entrance to the building. Luckily after trying unsuccessfully to video call via What’s App, the tradesperson working on site showed us where the lock box was. We entered the apartment which as mentioned was lovely, but very hot. We tried to turn on the air conditioner, but there wasn’t any remote, only a digital wall system displaying the current temperature of 26.5C. We again reached out to Pamela and got a reply 3 hrs later to say ‘ sorry the air conditioning doesn’t work’.. Unfortunately as the apartment was on a busy road we did not get any sleep as we were forced to keep the windows opened because the room was stifling. This apartment has 2 split systems which don’t appear to be connected. So saying that there is air conditioning is false advertising. At the very least have some fans for the hot summer nights

I had a truly wonderful stay at these apartments! The location is perfect — close to everything you might need. The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and beautifully maintained, with every little detail thoughtfully taken care of.
