Loved the location to all the beaches on the north west side of Maui. Loved the lānai with the ocean view. Drank my coffee out there every morning. Beds were extremely comfortable and the pillows were perfect. All TVs were great. A/C worked great. Parking was easy and very reasonably priced IMO. Beach chairs for guests to use was a nice little bonus and very much appreciated.

This is a older complex and with it there were some (not many) cockroaches in the kitchen that would appear at night unless everything was put away extremely tight. I know pests are not uncommon in tropical locations but this was the first Hawaii condo we have rented (out of six over the years) that we had cockroaches. It wasn't out of control but was sorta icky. Couch was small for four adult and the only other seating was the dining table chairs.

Place and location were amazing for the price. I thought. Ground level location great patio to sit out and look at the ocean while you drink your morning coffee. The pools and facilities were great. Nice restaurant on property to enjoy food and drinks.
