It was clean

Luggage locked in, us locked out. We asked for an early arrival, which was not granted. We asked for a luggage drop-off which was verbally granted, but without any instructions. When we arrived around 1 PM the door code wouldn't work, so we asked a cleaning person for help. He opened the door for us and we dropped our luggage. The room was actually ready,, but we left immediately as we had an event to attend. When we arrived at 10 PM the door code was still not working. We tried to contact by phone and messages the owners, but nobody answered. It was pure luck that we met another guest in the same building, who faced a similar problem earlier in the day and was provided with a non listed building administrator's number, which he kindly gave us. After another half hour the administrator called back and remotely reset our door code and we were finally able to get in. Clearly it was the owner's duty to make sure the door code was working and also to provide a 24h emergency number, which they did not do. This is utter incompetence and disregard for guests and I don't think these people should be in the business of renting units through Booking com.

The location was nice, and the kitchen / washer dryer was a big bonus for us.

There was no office in the building so if there is an issue you need to message the host. Not helpful if you run into an issue late at night like we did.

Ausgesucht habe ich primär nach der Philadelphia Gunshot Violence Karte. Die Lage ist sehr ruhig, in der Nähe der Drexel Medical School in einem gut sanierten Rotklinkergebäude. Seven eleven, Trader Joe's und zahlreiche Imbisse/Takeaways direkt fußläufig erreichbar. Rechtzeitig vor Anreise erhielt ich die Codes für Haupteingang und Appartment. Die Betreuung war wirklich schnell, hilfreich und sehr nett. Das Appartement hat meinen Erwartungen eher übertroffen, sehr modern und neuwertig ausgestattet, nichts abgenutzt oder beschädigt, exzellente Ausstattung von Herd und Mikrowelle über Kühlschrank, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine und Trockner bis hin zur Kaffeemaschine. Auch an alles andere würde gedacht, von Wattepads und Wattestäbchen bis hin zu Geschirrspülmittel, Shampoos und Waschmittel wäre alles da gewesen, hätte ich es benötigt. Ich würde hier sofort wieder buchen!

Es war wirklich alles hervorragend für meine Zwecke!
