The house has lots of space for a large group to socialise.

The house and garden could do with a makeover and deep clean. The owner did assure us that this was due to take place although worryingly reviews going back over a year report similar complaints on cleanliness. Its location isn’t great as it is situated on the busy A5.

Kitchen well equipped.

Had to get cleaners out 1st day as ovens filthy. Dirty window sills and worktops that we cleaned ourselves. The dining table has temporary repairs with screws sticking out. The coffee table in the sitting room had a metal band coming away with a nail sticking out. We had a 1 year old baby that crawls, but we could not let her on the floor as these would have been in her reach. The pictures on your site are laughable as the garden was nothing like them. There is a rotten picnic table that could not be used. Rotten decking. Uneven and dangerous grass surfaces that were unsafe to walk on. A fish pond with koi carp in that was stagnant. The pump came on momentarily, but it was in the open, and all tubes had been broken off. There were cables everywhere that were a trip hazard. We had children 8, 8, and 13. And the garden was totally not child friendly. I reported these things to Nick but could not get him on the phone, so I had to rely on messaging . I have pictures of all of these to support my comments.

Incredibly spacious and well furnished property - ideal location and size for a large party looking to attend nearby Silverstone for any activities given its proximity to the circuit
